Krist Bush’s Pumpkin Spice Smoothie: All the Fall flavor you crave sans the 600 calorie sugar crash.

This smoothie is loaded with fiber from the pumpkin, potassium from the banana & mangoes, as well as magnesium & calcium from the dates.


•1 ripe banana

•2 tablespoons pumpkin

•2 dates

•1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

•1/2 cup (or more) almond milk

•Dash vanilla extract

•Pinch (or more of each of the following: cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice

•Add raw honey to your liking.


Add all ingredients into your Vita-mix or favorite blender & mix to your desired consistency.
