•8 eggs hard boiled & diced •1 cup of Veganiase •2.5 Tbs. capers w/ juice •1 scallion chopped •3 Tbs. chopped pecans •2.5 Tbs. of smoked chipotle powder •4 diced jalapeños •salt & pepper to taste
