To burn off the extra holiday party food you go ahead and do 3 rounds.

20 jumping jacks
20 air squats
20 mountain climbers
20 forward alt. lunges
20 push ups
20 triceps dips
20 frog leap squats
20 high knees
20 speed skates
20 opposite elbow to knee full sit ups
20 straight leg bicycles
20 regular bicycles
