Whip this up in ~ 25 minutes.

a quarter to call someone who

*4 salmon filets
*tablespoon olive oil
*1/4 cup minced shallots
*1/4 cup red wine vinegar
*1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
*1/4 cup dark brown sugar

Heat broiler with rack on highest level.
Sauté shallots in olive oil until translucent. Add vinegar and reduce. Stir in mustard and brown sugar.
Stir until brown sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.

Place salmon on a lined baking sheet
or plank.
Put 3/4 of glaze on top of salmon.
Broil salmon until glaze is bubbly
and fish is cooked thoroughly
(~ 10 minutes).
Utilize remaining 1/3 of glaze to garnish fish. Serve with a vegetable of your choice.
