Salad Ingredients:
*Spiralized zucchini

*Matchstick carrots
*Purple cabbage
*Spinach
*Green onion
*Yellow & red tomatoes
*Yellow and red bell peppers
Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
*1/3 c balsamic vinegar
*1/2 c EV olive oil
*1 tablespoon honey
*1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
*1/2 Tbsp minced shallot
*2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
*salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a jar except olive oil. Shake jar & add a bit of olive oil at a time. Shake jar between each addition until all oil is added.
