Favorite type of workout is one that takes you outside and where there’s little or no equipment needed. You will need ~ 25 yards
Warm Up:
•High knees -25 yards x 2
•Butt kicks -25 yards x 2
•High kicks -25 yards x 2
•Bear crawls -25 yards x 3
Workout:
Push Up Ladder:
1 push-up run 25 yards, 2 push ups, run 25 yards, 3 push ups run 25 yards etc up to 10 push ups
Rest 2 minutes
Burpee Ladder:
1 burpee run 25 yards, 2 burpees run 25 yards etc up to 10 burpees
Rest 2 minutes
Sit Up Ladder:
2 sit ups run 25 yards, 4 sit ups run 25 yards, etc adding 2 sit ups each lap up to 20 sit ups
Rest 2 minutes
3 rounds of:
10 squat jumps, lunge 25 yards, plank 1 minute
Cool Down:
5-10 minute walk
