Aunt Mary’s Tabbouleh-
picnic perfection.
Ingredients:
1 package of Bulgur Wheat
OR
1 package of Hemp Seeds
2 bunches of parsley/snip off the tops
2 large tomatoes/chopped
1 bunch of Mexican green onions/chopped
1 cucumber/chopped
4 large lemons/squeezed
1/4 to 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Wash, chop, & combine all ingredients.
Chill overnight.
