Ingredients:

•1/2 c pumpkin purée

1/2 frozen bananas 

•1/4 teaspoon vanilla

•1/2 teaspoon honey

•1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

•1/2 cup coconut milk vanilla unsweetened

•1/4 cup coconut water

Ingredients:

•1 handful chopped kale

•1 handful spinach

•quarter green apple

•1 pear

1/8 c fesh parsley
