clean smoothie ingredients:
-1 cup fresh kale
-1 cup fresh spinach
-1 green apple
(cored with peel intact)
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla
almond milk
-1 tablespoon flax seed
-1 scoop of whey protein powder

Directions:
Add all ingredients & purée the hell out of it in your special blender or vita mix. Tip: double the batch & store in your Swell® bottle or refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

options:
-scoop of any other
protein powder source will work
-add dollop of greek yogurt
-add palmful of walnuts
-add another fruit
