If you find yourself in the confines of a hotel room for travel or the heat has forced you indoors remember; for a quality workout you only need the space of about 4 x 8 feet. 

Warm up: 

  • Jumping jacks x 30
  • Floor jacks x 30
  • Plank jacks x 30

Repeat x 2


Workout:

  • Squats-max reps 1 minute
  • Lunges alternating backward- max reps 1 min
  • Glute bridges-max reps 1 min
  • Rest 1 minute

Repeat x 2

  • Push ups max reps 1 min
  • Bench dips max reps 1 min
  • Hindu push ups max reps 1 min
  • Rest 1 minute

Repeat x 2

  • Flutter kicks max rep 1 min
  • Crunches max reps 1 min
  • Plank 1 minute
  • Rest 1 minute
