Capitalize on amazing weather when possible and throw back to your glory days. Find any local high school or college football stadium. Perform the following exercises and modify as needed.

Warm up:

100 yard jog x 4
20 yards of each of the following:
*High knees
*Butt kicks
*Skip
*Back shuffle
*Lateral shuffle (10 yds each side)

Workout:

Sprint 25 yards, stop and do
15 push-ups /repeat x 8
*
Sprint 25 yards, stop and do 15 squat jumps / repeat x 8
*
Bear crawl 25 yards, stop and do 10 burpees /repeat x 4

Cool down:

Walk 100 yards, light stretching
