Jayme Burton Arnold’s Paleo Teriyaki Meatballs.

Meatballs:

1 lb ground grass feed beef
1/4 c minced onion

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt 

MIX

Form into bite size ballsLine a sheet with foil. Spread 1 tablespoon of coconut oil on foil. Place meatballs on greased sheet pan. Bake 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Teriyaki sauce:
1/4 c local honey

1/4 c gluten free tamari soy sauce 

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper paste or red pepper flakes 

* when meat comes out put it in the bowl of teriyaki sauce 

* pour the sauce on the bottom of the plate skewer meatball then pineapple chunk. 

Garnish:

24 pineapple chunks
