Forge.’s Melt It In May Workout

Warm Up:
*20 squats
*Bear crawl 20 feet
*20 push ups
repeat the above 3 rounds

Workout:
set timer for 3 minutes work/with one minute rest
Perform 10 repetitions of each of the following exercises as many times as possible in the 3 minutes:
*Burpees
*Pull ups
*Dumbbell Thrusters (squat press)
*Sit ups
*Then rest 1 minute
Repeat the above for 5 rounds

Cool down:
*10 minute walk
