Jayme’s Red Lentil & Spinach Soup is an excellent quick meal Whole Food’s hack!

Heat 1 Tsp olive oil in skillet.
Add 1 cup fresh spinach & 1/2 Tsp minced garlic.
Sauté and remove from pan. Set that aside.
In same pan heat 1/2 container of Whole Foods Palak Dal.
Top with sautéed spinach and garlic.
