Ingredients:
1 cup plain tequila
3 cups Stirrings Margarita Mix
1-3 TBS honey
2 TBS of pickled jalapeños
Juice of 2 limes
Ice
Lime, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro for garnish
Jalapeño Infused Tequila:
1 cup tequila
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced into thin rounds
Directions:
Prepare the jalapeño tequila by combining 1 cup of tequila with the jalapeño pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Remove the jalapeños and pour the tequila into a small glass. Mix all the ingredients for the margaritas together with ice in Vitamix. Garnish with lime and cilantro. Makes one pitcher.
