Jayme Burton Arnold’s Power Breakfast
Ingredients:
1/2 c power greens
1 c egg whites
1/4 cup lump crab meat
1/4 cup sliced avocado or guacamole
Directions:
Sauté power greens in coconut oil. Remove and place greens on plate. Add a bit more coconut oil if needed add egg whites. Cook egg whites and season with salt and pepper. Remove eggs from pan and place on top of greens. Heat crab in pan. Remove crab and place on egg whites. Add 1/4 c sliced avocado or guacamole.
