This shake is our favorite of late and is as nutritious as it is delicious. It comes loaded with immune system support that the small ones won’t be able to detect.

Ingredients:

•2 cups chopped pineapple [frozen is the best!]

•1 frozen banana

•1/2 cup raw coconut

•4 cups coconut water

•1/2 teaspoon spirulina

Prep:

Place all ingredients in Vitamix or high speed blender for ~ 1 min. Renders 4 servings.
